Packing tip: Pack dresses: they’re light, easy to layer and super easy to dress up or down.
Most memorable meal: Il Blue di Prussia in Laureana Cilento, Italy
Odd moment: Being warned by a wild-haired Italian man that The Changement was coming, and I’d better prepare for it. 
Favorite little luxury: silky, warm and beautiful pashminas
When I travel I always… find something to be grateful for. It makes even the most stressful moment wonderful.
Your travel inspiration: photos – when I see something that makes my heart cheer or sigh happily, I want to visit that place.
I travel because it gladdens my heart, lifts my spirits, and deepens my understanding and compassion.

Travel mistake that wasn’t: Thinking our GPS would work in the Balkans. It ended up being the best road trip ever as we saw the most amazing places and people whilst getting lost, taking detours, and stopping to ask directions for the umpteenth time.
